I'm thinking of buying your app...but I'm curious on how soon you update when new sets are released. I figured that Mirrodin Besieged would have been in this update. On average, how long does it take for a new set to be added to the app?

TIA

Awesome work guys, keep it up! This is my most used app on my iPod, casually building decks and play testing. I'm always excited for an update, which exponentially increases the value of an already amazing and worth it app! Thanks guys!

@Tia. Standard and Extended are already up and running, which works amazingly with searching and building. Majority of sets are here and ready to be searched and added to deck ideas as well.

PS I don't work for Decked... It's just that an amazing of an app! :)

Hey Tia,

To address your question, we definitely try to update with new sets as soon as possible. I believe we released MBS within one and a half weeks of it's release.

Some of the work involved with releasing new sets that makes the release take longer include working with tcgplayer.com to obtain card prices, as well as getting Apple to approve the new app version.

I went ahead, took the plunge, and bought the full version.

I am very pleased!

I haven't used the deck test features yet, but the deck building and card searching features are well worth the price alone.

I mostly play EDH/Commander. Is it possible to either have a deck format where the general is shown separately, or maybe add it to the types that can be displayed along with artifacts, instants, and sorceries?

And by the way...TIA is not my name. It's an acronym for Thanks In Advance.
:)

TIA

@Tan Thor Jen,

I think the confusion lies in the fact that all over your site and on the App store the description is that "this version contains cards from Alpha to Scars of Mirrodin", it make is sound like Mirrodin Beseiged is not yet available.

I was worried about this as well, which prevented my purchase.

Regards,
Mike

Thanks for the heads up on the Mirrodin Besieged set. You are absolutely right, I will have to update the descriptions soon.... and yet again when New Phyrexia support is added.... work never ends!

We have had Mirrodin Besieged support in the app since January 31st, you can actually see it on our blog:
