We have just updated our collection conversion page, you can find it at
http://www.mtgo-stats.com/convert_coll/em
If you have a CSV file or an old .coll file that you need converted, just head over there. On a side note, it seems that importing emailed collection files from Decked Builder HD is broken, and we will be submitting a patch to fix it soon.
