DeckedBuilder Windows update 1.08

Hi everyone!

we just updated our Windows build, and it comes with a few changes. These are the important ones:

Better Unicode handling
Added a save icon button on the collections header
Display total collection quantity for the selected card

For those of you who had an error finding the "cards.sqlite" file because your username had non-alpha characters, this should be fixed!

Hi! Long time user here. I just wanted to say I am LOVING the Windows application and all the updates you have been throwing at it.

Something just occurred to me that I thought would be extremely functional and easy to implement. It would be nice to be able to print deck lists from the windows and Mac programs. I am a player that travels the country to GPs and PTQ's, opens etc. I build and modify most of my decks while I'm on the go on your mobile app. But I am organized and typically prepare my deck list the night before a tournament. instead of having to transfer everything from my phone to paper, or into a deck list I can print from my web browser.

It would be great to be able to print a list I could submit to a Tournament Organizer from your application.

@Tyler Thanks for your input! We have decklist printing on the Mac, and will be updating the Windows app to allow it soon.
